Andreas Jaenisch ("Andy")
Andy has worked in professional video production since the late 1980s, when he started as a young camera assistant at a local TV station in Munich. Alongside his creative work as a cameraman and vision mixer, he developed a strong focus on the technology behind the scenes. Over the years, he built a successful freelance career in Munich as a cameraman, vision mixer, and video technician for national and international production companies. In 1999 he moved to Berlin, where he developed an LED billboard video playout software for NMB Street TV AG. In 2002 he joined the best-media-connection GmbH as a Video TD and production manager. In 2007 he founded medien-support.
Adil Sunil
Adil Sunil is the CTO of medien-support, where he now develops and manages modern digital solutions across web, cloud, and software systems. With over ten years of experience in SaaS technologies, full-stack development, and project management, he combines technical depth with a strong understanding of business operations. Throughout his career, he has led complex software and digital transformation projects in international environments, helping organizations streamline processes, scale platforms, and implement sustainable technology solutions. At medien-support, he is responsible for shaping the company's technical direction and ensuring reliable, future-proof systems that support production and business growth.
